St. Mary’s Forane Church : One of a very Oldest Church even in Kerala that all should visit if you are spending your Time in Alleppey. You can buy the guide for 50 rupees and spend a pleasant half hour wandering around this Syrian Catholic Church. Inside on the ceiling and the east wall you can see beautifully depicted artwork of the Last Supper and scenes from both the Old and New Testaments. A hexagonal pulpit shows the four Gospels and their symbols. Festivals are still held in this Church twice a year.

Mannarasala Sree Nagaraja Temple: it’s truly a great temple for believers & also people who want to feel the symbolism of Serpent God.

Marari Beach : Enjoy an evening in the long stretches of clean white sands and the lush coconut trees on the shore. You will be able to see a few fisherman busy working in their nets and getting ready for the next sail. If you are a beach lover then this is the place for you! There is a small tea stall where you will get tea and snacks.

Revi Karunakaran Museum : This is only one of its kind private museums in India. The collection is unique and very exclusive. The tastes of the lady who created and the curator are very rich and artistically opulent. The objects that are put on displays are also pieces of great work specially the ivory work that is displayed. The collections of coin, Swarovski products and other things all tell a story about the penchants and proclivities of the Lady.

Alappuzha Lighthouse : This historic lighthouse is well worth the steep climb up the spiral staircase to get great views of the surrounding countryside and the shore line.

Karumadikuttan / Granite statue of Lord Buddha : This inspiring Buddhist statue is said to be the only Buddhist temple in Kerala. It represents the pieces and also the bits of ancient civilization. It is said to have been built by Buddhist monks that visited Kerala with the message of love and non-violence.
