Check in time 13.00 Hrs, check out time 11.00 Hrs. Late checkout and early check are subject to availability. Checkouts from 1200 to 1800 hours are subject to 50% of room rate and thereafter 100%. All arrivals prior to 6 AM are billed from the previous night. In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the resort reserves the right to levy retention charged for entire reserved stay. Child Safety: Please not that Top-Yard Heritage is a river resort with gardens, and ponds. For reasons of safety, children must be accompanied at all times and closely supervised by responsible adults while on the resort. We accept your bookings on this condition if you intend to stay. Cancellation Policy: 1. 50% of total booked period will be charged for any amendment/cancellation between 30 days to 15 days prior to the check in date 2. 100% of total billing for booked period will be changed for any amendment/cancellation less than 15 days of arrival date. 3. No charges for any amendment/cancellation 30 days prior to the check in date. |
